It is assumed to be used up to medium cover for bait tackle that cannot be withstood by a talisman, and tackle with a strong load, such as heavy spinning tackle using PE line.
 
The guard is even stronger than the heavy guard Talisman, and uses a taut wire guard. In addition, the base Talisman Brutal has a longer shank than the Talisman designed.
