Megabass Respect Series # 90 - Gin Tonic Tiger

Gin Tonic Tiger is an evolution of the legendary Mat Tiger, first introduced in 2016 for the POPX series. Where Mat Tiger relies on high-impact fluorescent paints, Gin Tonic Tiger takes a more sophisticated approach — retaining the iconic dark back, lime-to-yellow gradient, and tiger stripes, but replacing the opaque body with a translucent core built for clear water. A localized metallic hologram on the head delivers a sharp, intermittent flash that mimics the natural glint of a baitfish's gill plate.
 
The interplay between the dark back, translucent flanks, and vibrant orange belly creates a powerful on-off flashing effect as the lure rolls and darts — visible across a wide range of light conditions, from low-light dawn and dusk to high-noon sun in clear reservoirs.
